By signing up to Fishing 4 Affiliates you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement, as well as future versions of this agreement. Fishing 4 Affiliates reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members. Any change takes effect immediately and will consider the previous terms invalid.
You agree that you will not post ads or banners that contain, or link to adult content, hate related, hacker related, virus related, or anything that is illegal. If you do, your account will be deleted, and no refunds will be made.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Fishing 4 Affiliates is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.
We have no tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your Fishing 4 Affiliates referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercial messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join Fishing 4 Affiliates in the future.
We allow one account per household. If we detect that you are using more than one account, all accounts involved will be removed without future restoration.
Advertising payments are considered final and will not be refunded under any circumstances. We can not guarantee results. We reserve the right to remove advertisements that contain pornography, violence, hatred, spyware, adware, viruses and illegal activities. Payment charge backs are considered to be fraud.
All personal information is stored in the Fishing 4 Affiliates database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give Fishing 4 Affiliates permission to send you newsletters and other information regarding our program.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Fishing 4 Affiliates. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated and their information may become available to other web site administration departments for security purposes.
